The Social Presence Audit gives you an outside, written review of one profile and its last 30 posts, covering how the account presents itself, what it publishes, how consistently it publishes, and where the clearest opportunities to grow appear to be.

No. We work from what is public and what you send us. You keep full control and apply the changes yourself.
How is this different from The Profile Makeover?
The Profile Makeover rewrites your profile text. The Social Presence Audit reviews the profile and its last 30 posts together and gives you a prioritized plan, but does not rewrite the profile for you.
Will following the action plan grow my account?
No results are guaranteed. The audit gives you a clear, reasoned set of priorities; outcomes depend on how they are applied and on factors outside our control.
What is your refund policy?
